WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It will also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of any order. All information you provide to us is stored on secure cloud storage systems provided by Siteground.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

  • Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.

Breach of this policy
When we consider that a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Website Terms of Use upon which you are permitted to use our Site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

  • Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our Site;
  • Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our Site;

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
The terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by UAE law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE.
